rehabilitation and preservation of dams and bridges.  Established in 1999, Bison Constructors
has steadily expanded to service its’ customer base of state, federal, government, and private
agencies.  Bison currently has offices in Bethel, Alaska; Blackfoot, Idaho; Buffalo, Wyoming;
Stanley, New Mexico; and Belton, Texas.

Bison Constructors specializes in remote-site construction where the degree of difficulty,
brought about by limited accessibility, delivery restraints and habitat concerns, call for unique
engineering, rigging, transportation, and housing solutions.

Although a small corporation, Bison Constructors is trusted in the industry to provide reliable,

History
Bison Constructors began in 1999 as a sole proprietorship.  Shortly thereafter, Bison’s
reputation of quality craftsmanship led to the award and successful prosecution of numerous
state contracts with various agencies.  Bison’s experience in remote, hard-to-reach areas
allowed it to see solutions where other firms may have seen problems.  Continued excellence
in construction led to the award of federal contracts and increased confidence throughout the
industry.  Now a corporation, Bison Constructors remains committed to the values that have
contributed to its success.

Experience
Bison Constructor’s experience includes the successful completion of projects with the
following agencies:  State of New Mexico Parks and Recreation, New Mexico Highway
Department, Santa Fe Parks and Recreation, New Mexico State Parks Division, and the U.S. Fish
and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S.D.A. Animal
Research, U.S.D.A. Crop Research, and U.S. Military Department of Public Works.

Bison’s state and federal projects require skills such as excavation, cast-in-place concrete,
steel work, pile driving, surveying, design-build, on-site modifications, and unique approaches
to traditional dam and bridge construction practices.

Management
Bison’s management consists of a diverse team.  It includes an internationally educated and
multi-lingual business professional with over 10 years of experience; as well as a contracting
team with over 30 years of experience, utilizing the valuable combination of professionalism,
vigor, and dedication to excellence.  Bison’s employees are largely of a Native American
background and bring dedication, strong work ethics, and pride to the company.
